For us to achieve our own standards, as well as those required by the Food Safety Act 1990, all products must be stored and transported under hygienic and temperature controlled conditions to your premises. When our goods have been delivered and signed for as being correct, they cannot later be returned to us, nor will we accept claims for shortages at a later date. Please ensure that you or your qualified staff check our deliveries thoroughly.

When our goods have been delivered and signed for as being correct, they cannot later be returned to us, nor will we accept claims for shortages at a later date. Please ensure that you or your qualified staff check our deliveries thoroughly.

1. All products supplied will be at our standard list price and include VAT where applicable.

2. We reserve the right to alter prices without notification.

3. Payment will be on a cash on delivery basis unless otherwise agreed or paid for via the website.

4. No products are supplied on a sale or return basis.

5. Title from any goods purchased from the seller shall only pass to the buyer upon payment in full of the price there of.

The seller reserves title in all goods supplied to the buyer until the buyer has settled all outstanding invoices from the seller. a) In the course of trading with Shorebutton Ltd.

b) By the company in accordance with trading terms or payment arrangements.

c) To advise retails outlets or customers of product offers.

d) To offer this information to other reputable companies, organisations or person who wish to offer their products or services, or the promotions or services of Shorebutton Ltd. to such retails outlets or customers. If retail outlets or customer do not wish Shorebutton Ltd. to use their details or data in this way they may notify Shorebutton Ltd. in writing to:
